The services provided by us to you are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services, or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Refund Policy
Jainam Venture has created this refund policy to describe the circumstances when Jainam Venture will issue a refund, the process for claiming a refund against an order and the liabilities of Jainam Venture related to a transaction ending in a refund claim. By registering for any of Jainam Venture services, you are stating that you have read and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
The information Jainam Venture collects is used to improve the content of our web site, used to notify consumers about updates to our web site or problems with their request.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail to us or by writing to us and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
đź“„ End-to-End Payment Flow (Current + Proposed)
A. Current Manual Flow (Before PG Integration)
User selects plan or EMI key from PhoneShield App / Website.
User is shown UPI ID / QR code for payment ( Current Account details).
User completes payment manually and uploads screenshot or enters UTR number.
Admin verifies payment manually through bank statement or UPI confirmation.
Once verified, admin activates user’s plan/key and sends confirmation SMS/Email (accounts@jainamventure.com).
Payment settles directly in Jainam Venture Current Account / UPI (without PG).Â
B. Proposed Automated Flow (After Worldline Integration)
User selects plan in PhoneShield App / Website.
User clicks on “Pay Now” → redirected to Worldline Payment Gateway page.
User completes payment via UPI, NetBanking, Card, or Auto-Debit.
Worldline sends payment response to our callback URL:
https://www.phoneshield.in/worldline/return.phpOur backend verifies transaction via Worldline API.
User’s plan activates automatically on successful transaction.
User gets instant SMS/Email confirmation.
Worldline settles payment to Jainam Venture Current Account (T+1/T+2 cycle).
C. E-Mandate (Auto-Debit) Payment Flow
(For recurring EMI payments and subscription-based recovery)
Customer chooses “Auto-Pay / E-Mandate” option while activating plan.
Worldline displays the Mandate Registration Page with bank/UPI options.
Customer authorizes mandate via:
NetBanking (e-Mandate)
UPI AutoPay (UPI PIN confirmation)
Debit Card / Aadhaar (if applicable)
Worldline validates and sends Mandate Registration Response to our server:

Start and End Date
On every EMI due date, our system triggers Auto-Debit request via Worldline API.
Worldline processes auto-debit and sends Debit Status Response (Success/Failed).
Upon success, user’s EMI status is updated and digital receipt is generated.
If debit fails (due to insufficient funds / account issue), system auto-notifies customer via SMS/Email to retry manually.
All settlements are credited to Jainam Venture Current Account as per the settlement cycle.
D. Refund & Failed Transaction Handling
Refunds for duplicate or failed transactions are automatically initiated through the Worldline Refund API.
Customer receives refund confirmation SMS/Email.
Refunds reflect in customer’s account within 5-7 working days as per bank timelines.
E. Security & Compliance Notes
All payment data is encrypted via HTTPS and stored as per PCI-DSS standards.
No card or banking data is stored on the PhoneShield server.
All callbacks are validated via secure checksum and transaction hash verification.
Eligibility for refund
Jainam Venture takes every project very seriously and ensures that the same is handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, if the client is not happy with the outcome and has gone through the dispute resolution process, we do consider refund requests as per the following schedule which clearly lists the services and our refund policy related to each service.
Delivery Time
- Full refund if project has not initiated or if the initial design style is not approved.
- If we fail to deliver as per our delivery policy after the initial design style is approved, then we will issue a partial refund as per the proportion of the work completed.
- If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, no refunds will be issued.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
- Please note that Sahir Web Solutions’ delivery commitment is subject to:
- Timely payments: A project is not considered to be void if the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear.
- Timely communication from the client: Sahir Web Solutions is not bound to respect the Refund Policy, if required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Sahir Web Solutions.
- Completeness of information provided by the client: If the information provided to Sahir Web Solutions is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project is not provided at the beginning of the project, Sahir Web Solutions is not bound to maintain its delivery and /or refund commitments.
- Sahir Web Solutions will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed with a penalty clause for delay in delivery.
Processing of Refunds
- Refunds will be processed and mailed within 5 business days of the cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original (refund by check or refund to credit card).
